Pumpable caulking for repair of large cracks
SFCF is a blend of cements, pozzulanic extenders, fillers, pump aids, crystalline waterproofing and polymers.
Applications:
SFCF can be low pressure injected into cracks of 500 micron up to 5 mm to re-bond concrete, plaster, bricks and stone.
Advantages:
SFCF is a one component compound. The powder is mixed with water only. SFCF seals cracks by full depth penetration and the crystal activation provides autogenous healing and water-tight filling.
Slab stabilization or jacking:
Ports are drilled at suitable positions and copper pipe inserted to the bottom of the slab into the cavity at the sub-grade and then caulked with rapid setting cement.
Mix the SFCF mechanically to ensure sufficient volume to pump without interruption. Attach pump to the ports by a suitable flexible pipe. Install a pressure gauge if desired.
Pump the SFCF into the slab cavity until full. If slab jacking is required take care not to use excessive pressure and thus either crack the slab or raise the slab differentially.
Yield:
Approximately 2 kg per litre.
