RoofCoat is modern multi-purpose coating for concrete or ceramic tiles, corrugated iron roofing or asbestos sheeting. A protective, thin-set coating that is easily applied. Water is simply added on site to a paintable consistency. RoofCoat is a finely divided powder with pozzulanic nano particles, acrylic polymer powders, added to high strength cement. 

Advantages:

RoofCoat develops the strength of hydrated Cem II/B-L 52.5R, and a high polymer content, provides protection against the effects of water ingress, and gives slight flexibility to the coating.

RoofCoat is available in a variety of decorative colours.

RoofCoat is suitable for concrete or ceramic tiles, corrugated iron roofing or asbestos sheeting.

RoofCoat provides finely textured brush or stippled finished, as desired. But can also be steel trowelled to a smooth finish.

Yield:

Each 12.5kg bag of RoofCoat will yield approx. 10L of product which will cover approximately 40m² per coat when mixed 40% water by weight - 5L of water per 12.5kg bag, depending on the condition and profile of the substrate.
