Thixotropic paste concrete surface retarder

BondBreaker is a rich brown, thixotropic paste, which may be applied to shutters, moulds, the Octodowel or directly onto concrete to retard the set of the cement at the surface. 

Applications:

The use of BondBreaker enables exposure of the aggregate to an even depth for the production of architectural concrete finishes.

Applied to the first pour side of the Octodowel, BondBreaker allows easy removal and formation of the slot required for the Octodowel system (See Octodowel installation instructions).

When applied to hardened concrete BondBreaker will retard the contact area of fresh concrete placed against it, therefore prevent bond of the fresh concrete to the hardened concrete.
